Q: How do your sizes run?

  • Our current t shirts are unisex fit shirts sizes XS-3XL.
  • Unisex shirts usually run a little loose. If you like your shirt to fit tightly, we recommend going one size smaller. We have provided a size chart in the size guide page. Please measure a shirt that you like the fit and compare those measurements to the size chart. The best way to measure your t shirt is on a flat surface.
  • It is important to check the size chart so that your shirt fits perfectly. These shirts may fit differently than the ones you normally wear.

Q: I made a mistake in my order! What do I do?

  • If you make a mistake in your order, please email us at info@gracefullycrowned.com. We process orders within 24 hours and if you notify us early enough, we will help you change your order.

Q: How do I exchange an item I purchased?

  • Items may be exchanged for another as long as they are returned in the condition you received them in. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tag still attached. To receive an exchange, please send the following information to info@gracefullycrowned.com:
  1. A brief description explaining the reason for the exchange.
  2. The order number or the name and address used when purchasing an item.
  3. What item you would like in exchange including the size you would like to receive.
  4. The address you would like your new item shipped to.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back via standard ground delivery.

Q: How do I return items from my purchase?

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Item must be unwashed, unworn, and should be returned in the condition you received it. Your refund will go back on the credit card or back to the PayPal account used when you placed your order. If you would like to send back any items, email us at info@gracefullycrowned.com.

Q: I received the incorrect item, size, or my item was damaged.

  • We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please contact us via email at info@gracefullycrowned.com. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Q: What is your shipping time?

  • We process orders within 24 hours. We do our best to deliver your product as soon as possible.

Q: How much is shipping?

  • United States Standard shipping $3.99 and free shipping over $75.
  • Time: 2-7 business days (this does not include processing time)
  • International Standard shipping $10.95 and free shipping over $75.
  • Time: 7-14 business days (this does not include processing time)
  • We also provide tracking information so you can follow your order right to your door.

Q: Do you have a phone number?

  • We do not have a customer service phone number at this time. Please direct any questions or concerns via email info@gracefullycrowned.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Q: What are the care instructions?

  • We recommend you wash your apparel inside out on delicate in cold water. Hang to dry and iron inside out on warm heat. Each shirt comes with a care tag as well.
