If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Item must be unwashed, unworn, with tag still attached and should be returned in the condition you received it. Your refund will go back on the credit card or back to the PayPal account used when you placed your order. If you would like to send back any items, email us at email@example.com.
If you make a mistake in your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We process orders within 24 hours and if you notify us early enough, we will help you change your order.
Items may be exchanged for another as long as they are returned in the condition you received them in. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tag still attached. To receive an exchange, please send the following information to email@example.com:
- A brief description explaining the reason for the exchange.
- The order number or the name and address used when purchasing an item.
- What item you would like in exchange including the size you would like to receive.
- The address you would like your new item shipped to.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back via standard ground delivery.
